Dan with Scorpion 042 after returning from Hue and the citadel.  This aircraft took 32 hits from this mission.  Hits to the rocket pods caused some burning rockets to be jammed in tubes. They bombed the NVA in the Citadel with the pods then they had to be jettisoned. John Terry, the Crew Chief on this gunship. More battle damage from Hue. Richard McBroom, Door Gunner. Pelican Pilots.  Front:  William Chellis (wounded at Million Dollar Hill), Wallace Poteete, Mark How.  In the back is Captain Thomas Oliver (KIA in February 1968).
